Concrete Systems

Arabic first, English second — on purpose

A dark, technical site for Kuwait's waterproofing specialists — designed in Arabic and mirrored into English, not the other way round.

Concrete Systems protect concrete: waterproofing for roofs, foundations, tanks, pools and wet areas across Kuwait. They are also the exclusive Kuwait distributor for Schomburg of Germany, which means the site has to carry both a local contractor's voice and a century-old European product library.

Almost every bilingual site in the region is designed in English and then translated. You can tell, because the Arabic always looks slightly wrong — cramped tracking, Latin line lengths, a layout mirrored by a switch rather than by a designer.

We did it the other way round. The Arabic was designed first and sets the typographic rhythm, the line lengths and the layout; the English version follows it. Both directions get proper RTL and LTR treatment, not a flipped stylesheet.

Tone is dark, technical and direct. One promise at the top — عزل يدوم, insulation that lasts — then the systems, the sectors they serve, and a short route to a quote. Contractors do not browse; they check whether you handle their problem and then they call.
