    Listen

    Before anything gets designed we want the boring detail — who buys, what gets in the way, what has already been tried.

    Draw

    Directions, not decks. You see real layouts with real words in them early, while they are still cheap to change.

    Build

    Design and build sit together, so what got approved is what ships — down to the spacing and the easing curve.

    Ship & tend

    Launch is the middle, not the end. We stay on for the fixes, the additions and the month after nobody plans for.
